The approximately 1 hour-long meander along the river, flanked by indigenous Breede River Yellowwood and Wild Olive trees teeming with a variety of bird species, sets the scene for a leisurely riverside experience. The 50 minute river cruise comes at a mere R120 for adults and R50 for children between 3 and 12 years. Babies are welcome too. Kids below the age of 3 are free of charge.

The boat departs daily at various times depending on reservations.
Thereafter there will be trips hourly depending on bookings. Advanced bookings essential. Check-in 45 mins. prior to departure.

We did the cruise on the 31st Jan25 and it was a great experience. Snacks and drinks available to buy at good prices. Staff are also amazing, very helpful and friendly. Beautiful views and the food from the restaurant also great. - Anthea

Easy to book. Great idea for a family or group of friends to enjoy an hour or so cruising up and down the river. Our added bonus was that we were birders and the skipper was near our table,so we ended up having a treat eyeing out the birds along the river...even an owl. Made his day too! - Harmina
